Asia’s economic progress has led to active and dynamic development in its Construction & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, Power Plants, and Utility industries. Thus, large projects are initiated and carried out. As a result, EPCs and FIDIC Standards contracts are increasingly being adopted as the framework of choice in many of these large-scale projects as they offer mutually beneficial opportunities to both project developers and contractors, due to their complex nature and high costs, EPC project management comes with its own challenges and risks.

The intensive 5-day Virtual instructor-led training (VILT) is designed to lead delegates to overcome the challenges in the management and implementation of EPC contracts, such as alignment of practices between Project Owners/Leaders and EPC contractors. it aims to understand risks & claims management to ensure effective negotiation and management of EPC contracts from the pre-contract phase, project execution, and handover to the client. It also covers interactive discussions on practical cases and case studies, giving participants the salient knowledge necessary to manage and negotiate EPC contracts.
