Trainer's Background

The Trainer has spent most of his international career in business consulting, training and development, working in public and private sectors.

His first degree is in engineering, after changing careers his second-degree Masters and Doctorate are in Occupational Psychology.

His experience as an International management performance consultant has enabled him to work at strategic level with Government, national committees, Financial Regulators, on EU projects and with blue chip companies worldwide. He has appeared on television and in a number of documentaries and referenced on Google Scholar. He is the author of numerous published articles in professional journals and joint author of a number of professional psychology reports on achieving productivity improvements in organizations. He featured regularly in the International HR Croners publications as “expert opinion” specializing in improving performance through people during change and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence.

In the last few years he has had 20 books published, one of which was written in Mandarin Chinese for the Asian market. In 2019 has seen three new books released. His latest book just being finalized is about the effect of Artificial Intelligence on the Human Resource. His work on improving organizational performance has been well documented in the professional press.

Well-traveled, he has worked as a Consultant in over 36 countries in the last 10 years, including America where he lived for two years and acted as a specialist consultant for a number of successful corporations most of which are household names and one, a Smithsonian award winner. Thought by many of his clients to be leading edge and practical- a rare combination. Currently ranked number one in the work on HR Analytics and workforce planning.

His ability to continually create outstanding performance though people has resulted winning a number of European awards, including being the first to obtain the European Investor in People award. In 2017 he has designed a mathematical model to enable any organization to calculate the right size the organization needs to be and to have the optimum head count. 2017 Interviews on television on this subject are available on You Tube.
